END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – Insta Money - Loan Calculator

 This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Insta Money - Loan Calculator ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Insta Money - Loan Calculator mobile application ("App").

We are not responsible for:

Approval or rejection of any loan

Interest rates, fees, or terms offered

Any agreement between you and the Provider

All interactions and transactions are directly between you and the Provider.

5. Data Usage

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure methods to protect your information and share it only with authorized Providers for evaluation purposes.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, content, and software, remain the property of Insta Money - Loan Calculator.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided for informational and connection purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

Loan approval

Specific interest rates

Availability of any financial service

All decisions are made by third-party Providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
